We found out about Jen through a mutual friend who had used Jen’s Realtor skills in the past and was extremely pleased and grateful for her services. We loved working with Jen from the get-go. She made working together so easy and efficient; extremely warm and welcoming, very relaxed in her approach while at the same time organized, proactive, and extremely communicative. What I appreciated the most about Jen was the patience she exhibited with us, especially since we were first-time home buyers. Jen created a laid back atmosphere where we never felt pressured or rushed, were encouraged to ask questions, illicit advise, and take the time we found necessary to make an informed decision.
